The AmmiGam* WebShow Project
Step One:
A group of writers (preferrably five) will meet five times to map out at least five episodes of a for-fun tv-series-like "webshow" (to get filmed digitally and posted online.)
These writers will use the rules to a certain roleplaying game (pre-determined) to resolve creative disputes and explore new methods of using formulaic conventions (tropes and cliches.)
Each writer must produce one script (for one episode of the show) and outline one of the main protagonists of the show.
As each episode of the show will focus on one protagonist, writers may not produce scripts for the same episode which features the protagonists they, themselves, have outlined.
Writers will not act in the show, except in minor roles or as extras where needs demand.
Writers may participate in the production, direction and promotion of the show as they wish.

Step Two
A production team will take the scripts produced in part one and map out how each one may come to fruition. This includes scouting locales, making lists of possible talent and making whatever phone calls the team deems neccessary to further the project.
The production team will beg, borrow and otherwise obtain neccessary materials for the show as needs must. This process begins after the first script for the show has come to them.
The production team will produce a shooting schedule, modified, if neccessary, by the availability of local talent.
The production team may, if time allows or if it is deemed neccessary, create filmic aides such as storyboards, audition sides and time logs.
Production teams may re-script, call for re-writes and cut scripts given to them as they see fit.
If neccessary, different production teams will assemble for each individual episode as it becomes scripted.

Step Three
Production teams will assign directors and cast individual episodes with which they have been entrusted and created a shooting schedule (and other necessary materials.)
The director will organize and film the script, making changes as neccessary to facilitate the completion of the episode within the timeframe allotted by the production team.
The production team will assist the director as much as possible and attempt to retain some continuity between individual episodes by communicating with other production teams involved in the show.
The director will pay close attention to neccessary locales and establishing shots and utilize ones already established by previous directors and production teams.

Step Four
The director and any editor assigned by the production team will edit the raw footage obtained during step four. Directors and editors may put their own spin on the episode, but all episodes must be of roughly the same length (probably around either 15 or 30 minutes.)
The editor and director will have to use whatever materials and devices (and software, etc.) that the production team and writer teams have provided, but are also free to use their own resources.
The editor and director will complete their assignment within the allotted time and post it on the internet by whatever means are available, in whatever URL has been decided upon by production teams and writer teams.
