Oh well, it was ok for a bit. They got me to Japan but I was disappointed with the way they treat teachers. Company housing was too expensive. Teachers were managed badly giving many cause for complaint. AT (assistant trainers) were not good supervisor-managers and tended to be ambitious but lacking social and leadership skills. The salary was standard. Go to GEOS if you want your ticket home paid for. There was nothing like that here. GEOS give you a bonus at the end of your contract for this purpose. The non-fraternization rule worked in my favour. I had an excuse not to socialize with students I felt uncomfortable with. The rule is very difficult to police so it didn't really stop anyone from seeing students outside and even developing relationships. Be warned about Shane who require you to socialize outside school with students. If you've worked for them please send me your comments.Visit their website here
