Stir Fried Chicken and Mushrooms

          2 Chicken Breast                 1 Cup Rice
          2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce           2 Tablespoon Dry Sherry
          2 Teaspoon Cornstarch            1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
          1/4 Teaspoon Sugar               1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
          1 # Mushroom                     Green Onion
          1 Cup Peas, Frozen               

     Prepare rice as directed on package.  Cut chicken breasts in thin strips,
     1/8" thick (skin, bone, cut on bias).  Mix chicken, soy sauce, sherry, 
     cornstarch, ginger, sugar, garlic.  Set aside.   Thin slice mushrooms 
     and onions.

     Heat 1/4 cup oil over medium heat.  Cook mushrooms, onion, stirring 
     often.  (2 minutes).  Remove to bowl.  

     Add 3 Tablespoons oil,   cook chicken mixture, stirring frequently.  
     Cook 2-3 minutes.  Reheat vegetables with chicken, add peas.  Serve with 
     rice.
