The RWG will serve the 3 Associations and will work in keeping with the objectives of our Convention to Evangelize, Teach and Serve.

New pastors to the Association are Mark Hunter (Associate Pastor at Douglas UBC), Rev. Wesley Stanley (Pastor at Kingsley UBC), Mrs. Natalie Everett (Worship Co-ordinator at Nashwaaksis UBC), Pastor Mark Archibald (Pastor of Youth & Family, Nashwaaksis UBC), Rev. Gregory Geldart (Pastor of Church family Life, Brunswick St. UBC.) However there are Pulpit Committees who still need our prayers (Hanwell and Mactaquac UBC)

After the presentation by overheads etc. several people spoke on the subject and raised questions.

Do we want the Business of the association handled by the Association or Council?

What was the power of the Council?

Can we learn from other Associations (eg. The African Association)?

How about Sunday meetings?

There should be accountability between the Council and Teams.

It should be noted in any set-up ALL people are invited to all meetings of Council and the Association.

GHLC

Stephen Alward gave a report on GHLC.

The camp experienced a tremendous summer, requests exceeded the capacity and over 120 had to be turned away because of the lack of space. Two new camps are being built even as he spoke to alleviate some of that problem; these will accommodate about 40 campers.

The new chapel is being used and will be able to handle all meetings. The camp program is about one year ahead of schedule. Prayers are requested for the camp, Board of Directors and the staff, there will be more information available in November.

November 3oth is the Christmas Praise Supper at the camp. 5-7 pm.
