To create this fetish a Theurge or another person skilled in creating fetishes must use the ephemeral blood of a puppeteer bane mixed with naturally toxic inks to create the tattoo on the owner of this fetish. Needless to say, the body tattoo should come out well or the Bane will be annoyed and so will the victim of the horrible tattoo.

For all intents and purposes the true taint of the owner of this fetish tattoo appears as something it is not as the puppeteer bane within hides and manipulates the senses of the one trying to determine if this one is Wyrm Tainted. The only drawback is Shadow Lords using Sense Wyrm can detect the taint at Difficulty 8.
