Stone establishes trump contact with Yo...
To the image of Stone, Yosannah says "What do you want." She sighs.
Stone chuckles, "I knew you'd miss me."
Yosannah makes a face in typical Yo-like fashon, though her eyes, in contrast, are dark pits, "You know.. I don't even want to get into it with you."
Stone grins, "So. I'm just checking in on you. Haven't heard from Damen yet. You kind of look like Hell, you okay?
Yosannah says "Yeah, I'm fine. Sortah." She adds, "No thanks to you!"
"What do you mean? I pestered Merlin till he did something, right? It's my one power. Being so annoying that you'll do what I want just to shut me up."
Yosannah huhs, "Merlin!? Ha! He ran at the first site of..." She shakes her head, "You know why I'm okay? This collar that Damen made," She tugs at the silver band around her neck, "He fucked it up and it only half working now it seems . So typical of you guyz. Half assed about everything."
Stone smirks, "Better half assed than no assed at all."
To the image of Stone, Yosannah seems about to interject, but shakes her head instead. "Yeah, well I'm a biohazard now. And you know what?" She comes to a realization, "I have a bone to pick with you."
"A bone? What about?"
She reaches out a hand to pull him through...
Yosannah drops his hand abruptly and wanders over to the couch. She fishes around in a napsack for a moment. Finally, she retrieves a mildly yellowed piece of paper. She returns to where he's standing and holds the paper out.
Stone takes it and skims it. She moves to stand next to him, perhaps to read the letter as he does
It reads:
"If it's Pestilence you want, It's Pestilence I can give you. Trump me as soon as you can. Hell is following with me. Stone."
He looks it over, "Did I write that? Very catchy." He smirks, "I've such a flair for the dramatic sometimes."
She gives him a shove in the chest. "What the fuck is that all about, friend? Weren't so worried about me then were you. Asshole." She shakes her head and snatches the note away.
Stone hehs, "C'mon. Are you Pestilence? No. If whoever I sent that too got Pestilence, no more problem. Simple."
Yosannah eyes you, "You sent that to me, you dolt!"
Stone says "I did? Why?"
She crosses her arms, "You tell me!"
He shrugs, looking a bit helpless, "No idea. Can I get a hint? Buy a vowel?"
She eyes him, "The hint is... I think you were selling me out" She acts as if she's is angry, though she's more obviously hurt, "And to think, I'm actually surprised."
Stone frowns slightly, shaking his head, "Not you. Pestilence. Whatever I sent that for, I'm sure it was for your own good."
"Why do I not believe that?"
He smirks, "Because you're naturally suspicious?"
"You aren't funny."
Stone shrugs, "I can't help you then. You believe what you want. You've just happened to find one of the few crimes I'm innocent of. Though it is those I usually get charged with."
"Pahlease. Is that how you got out of Chaos? Pouting and cry'n about how innocent you are?" she smirks, "Stop."
He grins, "Actually the truth set me free. It was, unfortunately, a bitter pill for Carl to swallow however. He had an idealized version of the Courts that kept him throughout his years of exile. The truth shattered him. After that, he didn't care about me or anything. Why do you think he not only let me go, but the guy next to me."
She shrug,s "Not much of that make sense to me. I guess it doesn't matter."
He chuckles, "It's not supposed to make sense. It's what I believe."
"THAT makes sense."
"Always glad to be of service"
Yosannah sits quietly for a moment.
Stone glances around before asking, "So. Where am I?"
Yosannah ahs, "Damen's most recent pad. I'm not sure if he has it connected to the club or the studio in Dover." She shrugs.
"Very homey. Oh, I'm having the Club remodelled finally." He grins, "Xactly. So, anything else interesting happening with you?"
Yosannah crosses her ankles and wiggles her toes in her shoes, "Other than this?" She motions at herself. "Isn't that enough?"
He shrugs, "Guess so."
Yosannah changes the topic, "Damen is talking about Kashfa. Don't know if you knew that."
"What about it? His dad coming back and all?"
Yosannah shrugs, "No. It was more like he wants in. Mister *I don't do politics* has had a change of heart."
Stone smirks, "Well, he's always wanted the title without the work involved. Me, I prefer it the other way around. It's why we're so good together."
She considers, "Oh, not that I give one goddamn about you after that stunt with the letter, but don't be surprised if the other horsemen start poking around the Sun. Be ready."
Stone shrugs, "Damen will kick their asses. Kitsune is a pup. The skinny guy is dumb as a post, I hear. I can take him. And War? I got Calis. Calis beats anyone."
Yosannah huhs, "like your club members give a shit about what happens to me. Buncha girls."
Stone smirks, "Damen does. Calis will do as he's told. Long as he's bored at least. And Me? I'll be your Knight in shining armor."
"Shining armor. Aren't too many of your kind with *Shining* armor."
He grins, "So, if they show up, give me and Damen a buzz, we'll handle it, no problem."
"Yeah yeah. I'm going to bed."
Stone gives a nod, taking a card out, "Be seeing you."
