For me, Torbole is the best spot in Europe; just think while you are surfing, you can control the velocity of the wind in a big display. furthermore the motor-boating is forbidden and so you can only to sail; the beach is reserved for the surfers.
All the town, the pubs, the bars and discos are dedicated to the Windsurf.
There are sail-loft, shapers and specialized stores in large quantities; the best factory (Mistral, F2, Bic, ecc) have testpoints where you can test all you want.
Some time on the lake there are more than 1000 surfers, but without confusion.
