Ken and Maria

That's a picture of us at a Christmas party, December 23, 1997. Maria's due date for our first child is the next day! Will we have a Merry Christmas Baby? No. Daniel Kenneth Hegle was born at 9:14 PM on December 30, 1997. He was 8 pounds, 1 once and 21 inches long. Live long and prosper, little guy!

That's a picture of us at our engagement party. Her parents came from Modica, in the province of Ragusa, on the island of Sicily, a part of Italy. For our honeymoon, we took a cruise on Costa Cruise Lines, aboard the Costa Romantica.

Our wedding announcement article was in the Poughkeepsie Journal on Sunday, April 7, 1996.

Early 2001
