This is on the lower woodpecker trail rated a 4.5+ at the 28th Annual ASA4WDC Jamboree near Florence Junction Az. Oct 15th 1999. This trail (a wash really) is about 200 yrds long and about 100 yrds off a dirt road and it can take 20 vehicles a full day to run. Depending on the breakdowns or the time spent playing on the abundant rocks.
Barry makes short work of one of the rock formations.
Look at the drop on that TJ!!! this is a spot that requires good throttle control and complete trust in your spotter.
This is the bypass that will require lockers or some very good tire placement or both!!! The real obsticle is in the center of the wash after you get past the first obstile you are feeling good you made it over the rocks then you get around the bend and see a rock wall,,, boy that is a gut feeling looking at whats ahead. Then you get closer and it doesn't look any easier but you can really have fun at it.
Down the other side
Its easy to get some air time on any of these obsticles in this area.
