The departure of Alan Wilder was an ominous sign for Depeche Mode.
He was the true musician, the perfectionist who would keep working
until they got it right (heh heh). Despite that, Martin, Dave, and
Andy will continue as DM and have released the next album ULTRA, as a
three piece. It's a gem. Classic Martin Gore lyrics and Dave Gahan's
finest vocal performance ever combine to make this baby one of their
best ever.
