Hero is a year old Black Lab mix. His mother Shadow brought him into this lovely world on March 27, 1998. His favorite games include playing with dirty socks, tennis balls, Frisbees, and anything else he can put into his mouth. He was an only child until this November when his sister Cassandra came to our home.
I have to say that Hero has been the best dog I have ever owned. At one year of age he acts like a 6 year old dog. I couldn't ask for a better friend.
Cassandra is a 6 month old Boxer Mix. She was rescued from the Humane Society (SPCA) located in Jamestown, NY. We guess she was born somewhere around September 15, 1998. This picture was taken when I brought her into work with me. She, for the first time in a long time, was behaving herself and looked so cute waiting for me to finish up.
Cassie spends most of her time being a pain in the ass. She was very hard to house train but has been getting much better. Her favorite past-times include: eating the couch, eating the chair, chasing the reflection of light off her tags, chasing a laser-pointer beam, playing tug-o-war with her brother, beating the living daylights out of her brother, and best of all, escaping from her playpen in the cellar. Recently she has learned to escape out of her crate as well
