Kenya:
Masai Mara- Don't miss on this one, see the big 5 and much more.
YMCA in Nairobi- For the low budget person there is no better. Yes, there are cheaper places to stay in but not as safe or clean. Also, the YMCA has the only public pool in town so you meet a lot of locals. The YMCA has its own restaurant and the food is wonderfull and cheap. [Picture].
Lake Naivasha- A great camping trip for 2-3 days, very very pretty and lots of animals all around. (Read about it in my Diary)
The Carnivoir- A very famous restaurant in Nairobi where you can eat Game meat such as Crocodile and Giraff or just normal food.
"Buffalo Bill"- Known as the most beautifull pub in Kenya and even the "National Geography" wrote about it.
The Masai Market- In Nairobi. Crafts and cloths all made by the people of the Masai Tribe. Great for buying suvenirs. [Pictures]

South Africa:
Rocky St. Backpackers- A great hostel to in when you're in Johanesbourg. Safe and pretty area and they'll pick you up from the airport.
Sani Lodge- You just Have to go there. It is a little primitive lodge in the middle of heaven, just a short drive from Lesotho. Great place to start different tracks in the Drakensburg mountains.
Lesotho- Like nowhere else you've ever been too, like a visit to the past...very far past, of the world as we know it.
"Tekweny" Hostel- The best and best located hostel in Durban. You are not gonna want to leave this place!
Port St. Johns- This place is the true Africa and was the highlight of my trip. No phones, no refrigerators, gorgeos beaches and beautifull people. A little hard to get to, but don't miss it for a thing! [Picture]
"CloudBreak" Hostel, Cape Town- Feels like a home and has great trips organized for budget prices. Good Pizza accross the street.
