MITTON, Brenda - I am trying to trace Brenda Mitton of Stanmore, Middlesex, England, last heard of prior to 1954. Parents still in England. She married an American Dentist who was stationed in Northolt and moved to America 1958/59. MITTON, George - b. about 1963. He went to high
school in Virginia, and attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He has a sister
named Pat, I am not sure of his father's first name. His parents are divorced, I
remember that his father lives in the midwest. Graduated Annandale High School in
1982, Annandale, VA. Last known contact was in Blacksburg, VA, 1992.

MITTON, Mary - b. abt 1811 in England; m. James Newcomb at Hough Co., Lincolnshire, Eng. on 27 Aug 1839. Had four children, the only name we have is William b. 1842. A William Mitton witnessed marraige with Jane Edwards Newcomb. MITTON, Medley Fredrick - born July 7, l912 in Moncton and died April 30 1984 at the age of 71. His parents were Fredrick and Nellie (Allen) Mitton.The other children in the family were Lyma Mitton married to King Fillmore, they had one daughter Carrie born 1940. Joseph Mitton, died at age 21. Monsel Wellington Mitton married Helen Allen from Newcastle and they had no children of their own but did adopt a girl and Job Mitton married Isabel Trenum and they had children but I am not sure how many but one was named Brian. Nellie Allen Mitton died at a young age and Fredrick remarried Dora (Duffy ) Mitton. They had no children. Medley married Kathleen Mae Jennings born March 10, 1918. MITTON, Merle - born 12/25/1904 in Moncton New Brunswick Canada. His parents are Ezyk & Elizabeth (Fowler) Mitton of Moncton, NB. Merle married Esther Frances WALSH from Salem, MA sometime in January of 1925. Esther's parents are James & Mary (Sherlock) Walsh. They came originally from Waterford, Ireland. Esther was born in Salem MA on 4/15/1906. They had 9 children( in no particular order): William Mitton (died 1986); James Mitton ( died 12/79); Thomas Samuel Mitton (b.6/19/45 d.06/08/98); Shirley (Mitton) Hendrickson; Janet(Mitton) Davitt; Judy (Mitton)Collins; Joyce (Mitton) Haley; Joan(Mitton)Corbosiero; Nancy (Mitton) Jarvis. I am the daughter of Thomas who is the youngest of the children. Merle died in Nov.of 1968. Esther passed on in Nov of 1979, just weeks before her son James. MITTON, Robb - born in Muncton, NB, probably around 1860-1870. Robb Mitton left Muncton and went to Hartford, Connecticut to drive street buggies (horse and carriages). My grandfather was born in Hartford (around 1895), Ernest Lester Mitton, and subsequently my father was also born in Hartford in the 1920s. Robb passed away in CT prior to my father's birth in 1925. MITTON, Thomas Wellington - presumed born in Steeves Mtn in 1890's, mother was a Steeves. Thomas became a Nova Scotia bank manager and was posted in many provinces before settling in the maritimes. Married Margaret Rosborough from Pennyslvania, had three children, Nora, Thomas Edward, b. 1925 d. 1997, Mary Jo. Any info re. MITTON, William - native of NJ, d. bef 1838, when his widow Elizabeth
(FERGUSON, 1795 New Jersery - 1880) and only child Charles Mitton (1819 - 1900) came to
Indiana. We have found no other information on this William
Mitton triple-great grandfather. The given name Henry occurs in several successive
generations and we did find a Henry Mitton who served in the militia in New Jersey about
the time of the French and Indiana War. We have the descendants of Charles Mitton,
above, and his wife Tennessee Knowles (also seen as Noles), all born in southern Indiana.
There was another New Jersey families who settled in Washington county, Indiana,
about that time, a Horner family, and a Ferguson family with whom we have found no

MITTON, William Henry - married Mercy Firth
in England before imigrating to Cronwall (or Cornwallis) Canada in the 1850s.
William was reportedly the only son of a minister and, against his father's wishes,
William brought his wife and daughter, Lucy to Canada; then moved to Oswego, NY where my
great grandmother, Lavania was born. Lucy married Ira Hill and
had one child Elizabeth who married and had two children. I would like to find

MORRIS, Samantha, b. 1852, New Brunswick, Canada, d. 1933, m. Ansley MITTON, Oct. 6, 1874 in Albert Co., NB. Census has her father as an Irish immigrant and her mother born in NB. She was likely from western NB, possibly Perth-Andover, and was likely part Indian. She may have had a previous marriage to a Burley Bannister. MITTON, June Dawn - my date of birth is September 7, 1967. I was born in Toronto. I was put up for adoption. The only information I have about my biological parents is my mothers surname Mitton. Any further information would be greatly appreciated. My mother and father were not married, therefore Mitton would be my mother's maiden name.
