Andy Timmons

In 1997Andy Timmons won the title of Dallas Observer's Musician of the Year. You'll find him at Blue Cat Blues on Wednesday nights with a pick-up band called the Pawn Kings. The band is comprised of Dallas' best studio mucisians and they have a flair for blues and rock. You'll hear many original cuts from the Pawn Kings' CD plus a few cuts from Stevie Ray, Percy Sledge, etc. Andy's solo work includes his "Ear X-tacy" CDs. They cover the limits of what a musician can do with a guitar. It is extreme. You may have heard cuts from the CDs on local radio station, Q102, or even on Shiner Bach beer commericals. Andy was formerly with the band Danger Danger and makes a guest appearance (4 tracks) on the new Danger Danger CD "4 The Hard Way"..
