About The Program

This program is set up as a safe alternative to some of the other penpal "lists" that are available on the internet - to which anyone has access. Entries to this program are moderated and either accepted or rejected. All initial contact is done through the program, but after participants feel comfortable, they may exchange email or snail mail addresses. There is no charge for this service.

This program is currently set up for Cub and Boy Scouts or Leaders of Cub and Boy Scouts. If you think we should expand and include other groups, please email us.

How to Sign Up

To sign up for this service, you must complete our Penpal Information Sheet. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will receive a letter by email either accepting your entry or rejecting it. If accepted, you will receive a "member name" which must be used in all future communications with us. We will let you know when we feel we've made a suitable match, and you then may write to your penpal by submitting your letter via email to us.

You will receive full instructions after your entry has been accepted.
