The very rough preliminary cost estimate is over $500,000. Implementation of the CCR Enhancement Plan will likely involve Capital Campaign by the Council. However, the plan can begin without such a campaign through the pursuit of known donors of capital and resources, starting perhaps as early as late summer of 1997, after the Current Summer Camp Season. |
