Autumn Scenes Gallery
Autumn is a great time to get out and photograph nature. Living in the Mid Hudson Valley of New York we get of the best Autumn colors around the North East.

This picture was taken at Winding Hills park in Montgomery, New York. Using Polarizer filter helps bring out the colors of this scene.
Reflections on the water are always one of my favorite scenes. Using a larger lens I was able to isolate on a smaller portion of the lake and shore.
By keeping the paddle boat in the forground I can give the scene some depth and scale.
In this scene I liked the way the tree on the right filled in the empty space of the scene.
Using the bench as a focal pooint and having the trees frame the scene draws my eyes into the center of the scene so I can enjoy the colors and the reflections.
