Hassen-burger balls

3-large rabbits (wild or domestic)
1-onion
1-2 cups of bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of diced garlic
1/4 lb pork sausage
1/4 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon black pepper

Debone rabbits,yield is about 2 1/2 lb of meat, grind meat with processor,
mix in pork sausage and ground beef.regrind mixture or until thoroughly
mixed.combine onion and garlic, salt and pepper. mix in bread crumbs. roll
into meat balls. cook on low until done and drippings form in pan. remove
meatballs, make gravy from dripping, then put meatballs back into gravy and
simmer. save some for me!!!!!!!!!!
