The second meeting of the LCO Outdoor Club was held on October 30, 1998. The guest speaker was Mr. Chuck Comeaux, an enforcement agent for Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. His address to the Outdoor club included seasons, limits, and gun safety, followed by a question and answer session.
