Working experience:

- Since 1980 works temporarly during summer hollidays as technical drawer.

- Since 1984, during studies, using "t; basic " language for Sharp pc 1500A writes programs for every exam on the University.

   Thus eliminating the need for " manual work " during studies and enabels himself to experiment
    with various examples much faster then thouse who haven't done the same thing.
    Private math lessons, geometry lessons to pupils of primary, seconday school.
    Calculation of pre exam statical design tasks for the students and under graduates .
    Student praxis accomplished in Russia's civil engineering site port Reni on the river Danube.
    Since Russian engineers I have spoken with have told me that according to SNIP they had to
    pass manual work in some areas after graduation I worked for three months during
    summer as an assistant at the electric repair service, car repair service, iron works service.
    Just for the sake of getting to know the tools the workers use in their working hours.
    During secondary school I worked for three months in the voluntary youth brigades in three
    separate years. This all helped me a lot during calculation and overall assumption what workers
    can accomplish during their working hours. Since my family was involved into the construction business
    even as a child I was taken to see the sites and have seen many various sites during my life even before
    attending the secondary school and later university.

 



- 1992. An Engineer on the ” Sportski cenntar “ site in Belgrade.
            Complex for the local citizens.

- 1992. An Engineer on the “ Beer - Shevaa “ site in the state of Izrael.
            Two story buildings for the local citizens.
Besides common engineering, contact in english and russian language with
subcontractors and supervisors. Controlling the quality of assembled peaces
of steel frames in BSA factory plant in Tel Aviv. Quantity controle, veld checking,
dimension checking according to the project documentation.
Transportation checking, loading & unloading of every single truck.
Conversation in English, German & Russian with the plant manager & his workers.
Completely without any translator or any advisor.
The shipments were something as 16 - 40 T some 12 times.

- 1993. An Engineer on the “ Kosum “ sitee in Beolgrade.

            Complex office center in it's fundament phase.
 
- 1993. Project documentation manager on the “ Tes “ site in Siberia, Russia.
            22 hotels for the Norilsk Nickel co. for their children during holidays.
 
Besides the scheduled also: self project remady from monolith to assembly structure.
Weekly, monthly, year & complete dynamic schedules upon the personal request from the
" Genex " investor representative and my company manager. With the material quantities.
Labor schedule. In that work I used myself written programms for the "Sharp" 1500A pc.
Each & every one reinforcement drawing, since I replaced everything structuraly were
myhand written.
Supervisor contact for every structure peace, approval for each statical design change.
Changes in quantities for the reinforcement and working hours - connected with the
dynamic leveling that is not so easy to be seen form the outside .
Steel frames change and fine tuning according to the changes I made to the existing project solution.
Assembly elements plant: plant project, dynamic plans, worker's hour schedule.
Reinforcement drawings, frames dravings, concrete pouring schedule, frames maintenace
schedule. Material request schedule, quantity, transportation schedule,
frames release schedule - all by myself.
For the movement around the site and the plant that was some 7 km in one direction I used
Russian made IZ 350cc 2c 4s motorbike I bought for the occasion in the nearby town.
This alltogether seen from some distance is project's statical design remady according to the
local site environment. From one point of wiev - geographically ( low temperature 6 month
period ). From other - financially ( low labor costs in winter period )
enables optimum leveling during summer 6 month period.


- 1994. Intensive adaptaton towards 100% work with the pc environment. Since xt ( 8086 )
having 24/96 no mnp I used from '92 upgrade on 286 cpu with 24/96 mnp5 fm
with 20mb mfm hdd. Upgrade to 286+287 cpu with 24/96 mn5 & 2x20 mfm hdd.
Upgrade to 386+387 cpu with 420mb ide hdd with 14400 mnp5 fm with handy bw Genius bw
scanner with Windows 3.0 environment.
Upgrade from 386+387 cpu with 420+540 mb ide hdd with 14400 voice fm with
CD - rom & HPIIp A4 bw scanner. Each upgrade sequence is self made from the
components I bought on the local market.
Scanning, moving all of my written school & university literature onto the CD - roms.
The aim of my activites was heading towards the way of work in which wouldn't be any
need for the use of pencil & paper in work.
Blind typing was what I achieved during scanning. Blind typing is the only way that
enables this way of doing things.

- 1995 An Engineer - associate for techniical documentation managing in " Dedinje " centrall office
in Belgrade. Doing tasks connected with labour constants, graphical design of task
schedulles. Basically using Harvard project manager combined with the program the company
had bought for the labour constants calculation. Hardware for the occasion was 486dx2 cpu
based machine svga/4mb/210mb hdd/24pin A3 matrix printer.

- 1995-6 an Engineer on the site " Moscow " in Moscow - Russia.

               Large private residence in the cultural centre of Moscow.
 
Due to the scpecific project documentation: ( complicated, unsolved in detalis, with no
reinforcement specification ...) practically I faced the situation in which I had to additionaly
check and finish the project documentation. It's statical design. And furtermore : gain
supervisor's agreement for my solutions.
Complete positioning, quantities determination, quantities of shipment dynamic.
With daily project changes. Daily communication with supervisor
about the further way the activity will take place. Changes of reinforcement quantities
that included design and regulations backing of my ideas. That anabled majority of
time spare. Also the quantities of reinforcement were reduced to optimal quantities.
That affected the working hours schedulle and leveling.
Monthly, I was doing the activity plans for the comming period on my pc for the company.
Later, the company deceided to purchase the pc for itself so I was asked for assistance and
choosed for them on the local market in Moscow:
" P75/8mb/1.2Ghdd/1mbT64/cvm/CDrom/14400voice fm/epson's stylus color IIs".
The schedules included quantities with working hours.
Dynamic activity with specific way of cantilever covering for the top floor building
on top of the building across the Russian White House. Complete with the working hours and
labour acitivites and material quantities.
Concrete plant ground floor design. Basically scanning existing documents and
editing them as an representative document for the bidding
that took place. The contract was signed afterwards. The door plate for the company inside the
state's commercial - technical office in Moscow, Mosfiljmovska street. Everything done on my pc.
Reinforcement shipment supply controle. Driver navigation through the Moscow.
During structure erection, structural design corrections according to the on the
site conditions so that the optimum of sucess in dynamic is achieved with expenses minimum.
Production organization optimization was the goal to achieve.
My part of job thus also included machines working hours together with labour.
So it all had it's activity cost reflection, in minimum.
No matter how these few sentences above may seem bombastic or impresion oriented that is
the key for the racional financial activity on the site. That is, in conditions of more hundert
thausend us $ situations every mont not something of back issue becouse it means a lot of
cash each month. It is something valuable for the contractor and for investor.
For the contractor especially since this work direction is inevitable no matter how prefectly
project documentation is completed.
Since the activites on the sites mainly tend to happen in unpredictible manner and every
peace of mind should be used to connect back currently cutted ties on the site.
Thus for the highly educated and experienced, self powered, inventive and confident person
there's no repelacement in these activites, during each and single working day.
Highly educated, nimble profesional in more than civil engineering is real cover for the optimal
organization during work days - hours.
But, no metter how all contributions that I have made during my work had made extra profit to
the company, which is mainly due to my affection to my proffesion, no reciprocial or partly
reciprocial financial acitivity was made towards the financial prize or any financial reward
that I expected and later requested since none was payed.
The company was holding the hard no pay for extra contribution policy which was unstimulating.
It was like, I work extra - contribute, save money and get nothing. So I stopped doing that.
Not only that but also my secondary, pc connected activites:
It's about commercial multimedial presentation of the dynamic activites on the site. Ogranization.
of production, sucessfully completed job. That all in either some rough way ( which can be too
complicated for the contractor if he's having too uneducated personel ) or in
contractor-investor communication as an quality commercial presentation of completed work.
Practically it's all about video animation or highly qualitative printed copy ( highly qualitative
photography in color ) that nowdays differ a bitt from the newspaper quality. These color
pages are nowdays simplier as ever for making the job done. They enable more effective
current site situation since it's cheaper and the only way to follow these days. It's video
material presented as pictures through the pc colour printer in the most proffesionall way.
Besides such a material is usable for the presentation in electronic media over the www sites
on internet. For the complete communication contractor - investor since
rough schemes that contractor uses in his work are usually practically unusable for the
meetings so investor usually hires his person of interest that presents him his oppinion.
It's like supervisor's oppinion. That a way contractor looses a good part of confidence from
the Investor and that all reflects the financial relationship of local character during each financial
situation. Which is not unsugnificant. On the other hand, with some right presentation in a way
that is completely clear to the investor ( video animated material of the achivements on the site )
clears that understending moment between the contractor and investor. Video animation or
softvare presentation with pictures included is something that presented ( according to the
contractors' or investors financial politics - since it's who pays matter ) practically enables
manipulation with bussines relations that needs no further explanation.
Working on the " Moskva " site, I was transferred to the begining of the Mosfiljmovska street
for the sake of concrete plant erection. Allthough for the tiny structure some statical design
was present with the reinforcement details I have changed the working activites since I
deceided to use wasted reinforcement from the Ksenjinski sturcture on ints site - practically
instead to the depony it all ended in the fundaments of the concrete plant. Thus for I have
received the weight of
on the site directions how to reinforcement takes place since it all was practically different
situations. Practically it's something only highly educated person can do on the site upon
having the abilities to achive understending with the working labor on the site .
Besides reinforcement savings, I did the reinforced concrete optimization according to the
stress conditions of the structure and thus saved on concrete quantities.
The shedulle politics were after the old fear and pressure methods and at the end I was
rewarded with missing of the holliday season for my hollidays.
Allthough there was flexible period of time when I was supposed to use my wacation,
I faced the fact that I was bruttaly forced to prolong my work upon the holliday season was
ower and then I was bruttaly forced to live with some palin excuse.
Obviously it was a great deal of envying from the old regime managers that had used that a way
to thand me for everything I did, even aside of the activites that I was supposed to do.
It was demonstration of old communist manners in work. All they did - made me miss one year
wacation for no reason other than..., you name it ?.
Due to that experience is my request for the financial satisfaction from any further employee
in case something simmilar happens.


  • 1997 March in Moscow, Russia: worked for File consulting co in Moscow.
    • Purchase and hardware assembly and various software setup, system administration
    or hardware equipment, consultation for the purchase of various hardware and on the spot
    purchase on the local Moscow market.
    Internet communication links during hardware purchasing, price leveling, cash pauments,
    providing the guarantees, Moscow transportation,
    assembly and setup afterwards. Due the specific retaliers attitude also the "friendly"
    negotiating aimed at the claims for the
    equipment failures and providing the guaranties, fighting verbally for them since it's specific
    market.
    Using the knowledge of the Russian user's law. Internet communication.

    Different from the former working experience in this company I had the real capitalistic contact
    with the owner and his associate.
    Small company - small problems amount - great working pleasure.


  • 1998The payment process and the dues of the company I worked for were such that I had to quit
    working in the civil engineering since there was no pay. The pay was under the court decision
    and I was paid for the work in Moscow in 2001. At that time I had to make living the other
    way and I activated my secondary profession: catamaran sailing & windsurfing instructor,
    water sports instructor ( boat driver, instructor for water-ski & wakeboarding ). I went to
    work in the state of Maldives. Dubai was the stop on the way and I really liked the way city
    looked. The Dubai airport made big impression on me. Also on my way back the planes changed
    in Dubai and for half a day I was on the city's international airport which is more like
    a shopping center then the airport.


  • 1999
    Started to work in a private praxis as a supervisor for the statical design in relation to the
    private contacts with the owners of the private real estate. They needed somebody to control the
    building process and the finances and I had very much experience to do these jobs.
    Since the job was not steady in a manner of time I tried to make living also by making video
    animations, internet presentations ( awarded the best Yu presentation for one site ), commercial
    packages for small business. The overall situation was really tought and the payment was next to none.


  • 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004
    Private praxis as a supervisor started to slow down due to the overall
    delay in court decisions.This in response took away new clients since court delay ment no profit.
    Internet and other commercial packages turned out to be unprofitable.


  • 2005, 2006
    Once again I had to leave civil engineering and work as the water sports instructor.
    This time Maldives were under the shade of Tsunami. A lot of hard work and beautiful
    experience, especially since I did diving in off days. Worked in the most expensive Kurumba.
    Managed to stay long due to knowledge of Russian, German and English. White stuff was completely
    outnumbered by the locals and this job now has no future for us foreigners. It was Russian
    language that was keeping me there.


  • 2006, 2007
    Private statical supervisor. The court decisions are still delaying the payments
    of the damage done. Looking for the post in some of the new companies. Facing problems
    concerning the responsibility by the investors since the new investors need engineer to
    verify their way of production that is not like the regulations in civil engineering.


    My expectations in any post is reasonable working hours, regular payments, normal working
    conditions and respectable communication with coworkers and management.


    I intent to work so that all parties involved will be satisfied and that we all have well
    communication and do our jobs normally and that the contractor will be satisfied with what
    we will achieve.
