Buttered Venison

1 stick of butter
2 venison steaks cut into silver dollar sized chunks
salt and pepper

Salt and pepper meat to taste. Melt one half stick of butter infrying pan on medium heat.
Place the steaks in pan and fry. Add remaining butter when butter in pan begins to dry
out.
