Hi!! I´m Jasper, Ferret Extraordinare! My humans left the computer on -- time for me to play! Because that's what us ferrets do is play! My favorite activity is to chase my humans around my house. They wear out pretty quickly but then I get their attention again by doing something I´m not supposed to -- like dig in a plant or dookie in the corner. That gets them up again! These humans are so easy to train -- I've even got them to give me a yummy red licorice or a raisin treat when I just pretend-dookie in my litterbox! Hah! Those sillys! I´ll outsmart them every time.

| They are pretty cool for humans though. They let me run around the house everywhere I want to go, even the garage! There are lots of neat things to explore out there. Us ferrets are very curious and any box, bag, blanket, plant, clothing, cup, crevice, nook and cranny must be explored to the fullest extent. Heck, anything within reach will get me curious! And what a reach I have! My humans don´t know this, but I can get onto the third shelf of the bookcase! And on top of the entertainment center! And behind the fish tank! And on top of the desk where I am now typing on the computer! I can get to all of these places because I´m amazingly flexible and surprisingly strong for my size. And did I mention smart? |  |
