Hi there!

I am a Software Engineer at Portal Software, Inc.. I am the sixth of a family of seven children. My parents are Chinese immigrants who settled down in Bolivia in 1965. I was born and raised in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, and came to the U.S. in 1984 to attend college in Lubbock, Texas. After spending the next eight years of my life as a student in the south (Louisiana, South Carolina, and North Carolina), I finally decided to enter the real world and, by some twist of fate, ended up here in the bay area and have been living and working here since.

Currently, this site contains some general information about biking, backpacking, and skiing, as well as a scrapbook of pictures from some of my travels.

I would like to tell you more about my other interests in life, but they are, well ... still under "construction".
