| Jeff was born in El Paso on October 17, 1953, Texas and was raised in Kearny, Arizona. He has lived in Flagstaff, Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. He attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff majoring in Marine Biology. He works for Rammer, Inc. handling sales in Northwestern territory. |
| Jeff's friends sponsored a balloon during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta and was immediately enamoured of this exciting sport. He purchased his balloon from Sam Baxter who was also his flight instructor. He won his wings in 1989. |
| Jeff has flown in the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, The Taos Mountain Balloon Rally, as well as rallies in Las Cruces, NM, Chama, NM, Pinetop, Arizona, and Juarez, Mexico. He kept the Adams Family Pilots' win streak alive when he won the 1999 Friends and Lovers Rally at Rio Rancho, New Mexico, the third win in as many events for Adams Pilots. This came with most of the 200 pilots getting close enough to score, but Jeff was dead-on! Congratulations Jeff! He is a member of Quad A, and BFA. He served on the board of the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta for one term. |
