Honey and Molasses Wheat Bread
for your bread machine



1 1/2 cups water
2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon molasses
2 tablespoons oil, butter or margarine
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt


Add all ingredients into your bread machine and bake on the large light or large dark setting. Usually one of your first settings. For bread machines without a wheat cycle, stop the machine after the first knead has finished and reset the bread machine and start the cycle over. This can be done by turning off your machine for 10 minutes and then turning it on again.
