TWIN BRIDGES STATE PARK

Located at the confluenece of the Neosho and Spring Rivers on the north end of  Grand Lake, is a well developed 63-acre RV park with electric hookups, dump station, picnic shelters, playground. grills, restrooms with showers, motor rentals, enclosed fishing dock, boat ramps, swimming beach, bathhouse and concession stand. Located 6 miles east of Fairland at the junction of US60 and SH137.

 

HONEY CREEK STATE PARK

In Grove off US59 on State Park Road, includes 30-acres with picnic areas, RV electric hookups, dump station, picnic shelters, grills, restrooms and showers, playground, water hydrants, boat ramp, boat rentals, city swimming pool and bathhouse.

 

CHEROKEE STATE PARKS & DISNEY

All three areas make up the Cherokee State Parks with a total of 50 acres  of picniking, camping, electric hookups, boat ramps, swimming beaches, shelters and playground.

 

BERNICE STATE PARK

Covers 88 acres developed with picnic and camping areas, tables, grills,, playground, dump station, restrooms with showers, boat ramp, swimming area, tent space. Located 1/2 mile east of Bernice off SH85A.

 

DISNEY / LITTLE BLUE STATE PARK

Located one mile south of Tiajuana off SH28, covers 6.8 acres close to the Cherokee State Parks. Facilities for picnic and camping.

 

SPRING RIVER CANOE TRAIL

Includes three separate areas on Spring River.

  • 25 acres with electric hookups, shelter, picnicking, playground, camping, canoe ramp and a softball park. Located 4 miles east of Quapaw on First Street.

  • 5 acres of primitive camping with comfort station and canoe ramp. Located at Devil's Promenade Bridge, 3.5 miles east of Quapaw on Future Farmer Road.

  • 15 acres of primitive camping, picnicking, comfort station, boat ramp, shelter and playground. Located 6 miles east of Miami on SH10.
