"NET FRIENDS"

It gives me much pleasure to meet people that I chat with!

One can chat with another for a very long time, and never know what that person looks like. You can only imagine what they may look like, their mannerisms, their voice etc. But until you actually meet in person......You just never really know!

I was Very fortunate to meet a person in "Chat", who organized a "Get-together" with a few fellow chatters..some Local and some a couple hours drive away. My very first Get-together was with 4 other people from the Sundowner's Lounge, at (Hitthebeach)! It was in Southern Maryland. We met, and went out for dinner at a local Restraunt, followed by a good time in a nearby Night Club. After a few drinks and more socializing, we went back to "The House" for funtime on the computer. There, we had the opportunity to chat with those who were unable to join us. Since then, we have made it a point to have these little "Get-togethers" about every two months. Each time, our Group seems to grow bigger..

First of all...I'd like to introduce the "Nicest" of the Ladies that I chat with! She is the one who made it possible for me to attend my very first "Meet"!

Emerald wanted to be my "cyberangel", and I thought she was Crazy! I reluctantly accepted her offer, and am glad I did! She has watched over me, and helped me through Bad times...and Cheered me on through Good times! She's always there when I need a friend to talk to. Thanks Gin! ~smile~
