 | Hook: Size 16 dry | ||
| Thread: 6/0 black or red
| Hackle: Black or Red to match body | Tie thread on to curve of hook and tie forward. Keep wrapping thread until the abdomen is formed. At th middle of the hook make two wraps of hackle then form the thorax like the you did with the abdomen. Whip finish and then cement head. I use finger nail polish remover to cover the abdomen and thorax to keep it from falling apart. Work nicely. |
