January 5, 2005 -- Our Plast members Helene Cechmistro,
Christina Sawchyn and Adriana Bida recently served as international observers
with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress during the repeat Presidential elections in
Ukraine. Helene Cechmistro and Adriana Bida were assigned to the city of
Zaporizzha, while Christina Sawchyn was an observer in Dnipropetrovsk.
May 20, 2003 -- Congratulations to two of our Starshi
Plastuny, Melodia Serbyn and Adriana Bida, who successfully completed
Leadership Training (Vyshkil) at the second level for the position of Zvyazkovi
over the Victoria Day weekend 2003.
November 10, 2002 -- Congratulations to our Orlykiada
2002 team! Their "exponat" visual research presentation won
first place overall in the competition. Additionally, Anastasia Kyva won
second place in the "Hetmanivna" competition. The team placed
6th in the overall scoring of the competition. Congratulations for a job
well done!

12, 2000 -- Congratulations to our Orlykiada 2000 team! Montréal's

I Kurin (yunatstvo boys) placed second overall at the miz-kurinni zmahy of
Canada at KPZ 2000.
