General cowrun's rules.
It's a very easy and fast game.
Every player enters the announced game with a level 1 char (we will decide
hardcore or softcore from time to time).
Every player will join a single party (to be visible on the map).
I will then open a TP for Secret Cow's Level.
I'll do some cleaning around the portal, then I will give "go" signal.
At this point, every player enters the portal.
Last man standing will be the winner.
