That's Shinya, world cyclist and the most adventurous man I've met. We walked together for a couple of days while heading up towards Dhaulagiri (of which you can just see the Dhaulagiri ridge in the background). He was too strong for me in the end and we split. Nice fellow though. And nice area. The lovely part of this section of the trail is almost no tourists ever get on it, so its possibly like what the Annapurna circuit must have been years ago.
