This is a copy of my gear list,things have been added and deleted to it since I was 13 years old.Of course I don't take everything on this list on every trip,it is basically an invintory of everything I have. Depending on the length of the trip and the type of terrain, the list will vary alot.The worse the terrain the lighter the pack.I added the trip info to the bottom of my list after going to a S.A.R semminar, I was told the more the searchers knew the better so I figured knowing all the gear that I had would be a bonus if something bad ever happened. In the notes section I always list max days of food and water carried,expected water avaliability and Ham radio Fq to monitor if I take my radio on that particular trip.
