April 17-18th - Campout at Palamauka
Our relax camput at Palama Uka was our first campout in a long while. We have abandoned our camp-a-month routine, hopefully getting back into it. At the camp, there was a club of medieval battlers. They participate in a club that simulates wargame-like events, using real medieval weapons and armor. The only difference is that the weapons are made with wood and duck tape, rather then blades and points. Also, we were able to take a 2 or 3 mile hike into the valley. It was nice to explore the surroundings, as we saw the wildlife.
