Hike: Ka'au Crater Date: December something 1997 Weather: Sunny with some clouds Time Started: I forget Time Finished: I forget Round trip duration: ~ 5 hours Party: Scot Yamashita, Jenny, Ann Mukai, Dean Tanabe, Devin Nakayama, & Alex Okihara This is the second time that I've been to the Crater. I don't remember the last time that I did it. Anyway, here is a group shot of everyone at one of the three waterfalls on the hike. Devin and Ann point to the Crater, as Dean watches on. There's Ann, saying, "Just leave me behind!" We ended up dragging Ann, kicking and screaming, to the top. Nah, Ann made it on her own willpower. Way to go Ann! Here we are at the top, overlooking the Windward side. Oh no! It's time to go back down the steep trail!
