The 26th North Van. and 1st Crown Guides are planning to go Camping! We are going to Alice Lake Provincial Park. the dates for our camp are Friday June 21, 1996 to Sunday June 23, 1996. We would like to leave around noon on Friday, and hope it will not be a problemfor the girls to miss a day of school. the leaders going to camp will be driving the girld to Alice Lake. (Though we may need one other driver as I don't have a van). We will be sleeping in tents, and the girls will be cooking on propane stoves. The leaders going to camp are Denny McArther, Tracy Clark, Mary Crombie and Elizabeth Crombie. The fee for this camp will be $40.00. We would like a deposit of $10.00 and the permission slip returned by April 25, 1996. The balance will be due on May 15th. A parent meeting wil be held on Wednesday, May 15th, 1996 at 6:30 at Queensbury School.
I give permission for my daughter _______________ to attend camp at Alice Lake Provincial Park, from Friday 21, 1996 to Saturday, June 23, 1996 and is allowed to take part in all activites. __________________ Parent/Gardian |
