-Annual Planning Retreat was held from 31 Dec 1985 to 1 Jan 1986, main project was to assist in the setting of 13th Singapore Company

-Agreed by the meeting that Mr. Richard Lam OC of 11th coy to be seconded to 13th Coy as the Ag Captain

-Ssg Victor Lim, Ssg Simon Soh and 3 other NCOs will be there to help in the running of the 13th coy

-2 NCOs involved as an instructor for the schools GB coy drill lessons for 1986

-Coy help the GB in its Annual Enrollment Service

-Officers and NCOs went to Mt Ophir for a hike from 10-14 june

-1987, first BB/GB combined Enrollment Service held 24 April

-Emerged 3rd in the 1st Battalion X country held on 12 April

-Emerged 2nd in the Battalion 7 a side soccer tournament held on 29 Aug at Christ Church Sec Sch

-Invited to take part in a telematch organized by the new 43rd coy

-2 Senior NCOs help GB in drill lesson for 1987

-CSM Ssg Alan Tay ( our 11th first generation Founder's Men ) went to Yishun Sec Sch every Saturday to help the Girl Guides in their drill

-2 Senior NCOs was sent to the new 43rd coy to help

-Coy organized a battalion X country for the battalion

-A group of helpers from Holy Trinity Church came in 1988 to help 11th (Mr. Simon Lum, Mr. Raymond)
