International Waters     In a email I,ve recieved from Andrew Gilchrist He tells me that the A.M.P.B.A is currently drafting new rules for electric racing in this country. Changes include a four cell class and a stock 'out of the box class'.I will post a copy as soon as I can get one.       Andrew also sent me the following pics of a very modified wavemaster he has built..
