PACK MEETING INFORMATION
Where: Typically held in the Hanscom Middle School cafeteria.
Date: See Pack Calendar for exact dates.
Time:
Setup begins at 6:00 p.m.
Refreshments* (bake sale) begins at 6:15 and ends
at 6:30 p.m.
Actual Pack meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. sharp!
* Bake sale items may be purchased for 25¢
each. Typical items include: cookies,
cupcakes, Rice Krispy treats, brownies --
individually wrapped. Proceeds from the
bake sale go into the Pack Treasury. Boys
are limited to purchasing two bake sale items at
any given Pack meeting.

Setup - Den
responsible for setting up the tables and chairs
beginning at 6:00 p.m. (see below)
Opening - Den responsible for the Opening
Ceremony to start the Pack Meeting.
Closing - Den responsible for the Closing
Ceremony to end the Pack Meeting.
Cleanup - Den responsible for cleanup after the
Pack Meeting is over. This includes making sure the
chairs and tables are put back, trash is picked up, and
the floor is swept. Den members responsible for
cleanup should expect to remain after the Pack meeting
about 15 minutes.
Refreshments - Den responsible for bringing bake
sale items, as well as setting up and running the bake
sale booth from 6:15 - 6:30 p.m. Proceeds are
turned into the Pack Treasurer.
Note on seating: Cub Scouts sit, by den, in the first two rows with parents and siblings sitting in the back two or three rows.
