Hello.... thanks to Jeremy and Theresa, I'm fianlly back in here. Dunno how my ENTIRE bookmark file got deleted from my browser. Sheesh..... Anyway, about the outing, can we all decide on what we want to do for the outing? LIke I said, pu it to a vote. Se ms like people not very keen on anything civilised. So... I guess it'll be either overnight at Ubin or overnight at Mt Faber (although I'm not exactly sure if that is safe or even allowed at all. Given the amount of time we have, I doubt that an overnight hike is feasible. So is it OK? Good to relive our memories, I think... So when shall it be? I suggest Wednesday (just for the sake of setting a date -- anyone got objections, lemme know) Then can someone (like Penny) ask Zhaowei to lend us a few tents and mess tins and stoves? Then we can go down and get them (maybe on Monday). CAn? Wait..... I just remembered that someone said something about joining the juniors on Wednesday at Bukit Timah.... so which do we want to go for? OR maybe we put the overnight a Ubin on Friday (give a bit of space in between). Settle it soon, then we can call all those who don't have internet access. And details of teh Ominmax movie, can we do this by phone? CAuse it's faster..... ANd let EVERYONE know, can? can? can?

Tekong POP is this friday, starting at 5pm at Selarang Camp (at Changi). Can get there by bus 2 or 29. You will need a letter to get in I think. Here's another thing: this Sat, which is the Nee Soon POP day, the odacians are going to Omnimax Theatre to watch a film on Everest. I thought that would be few of the chances when we can join them, so hereby asking for those who may be interested to go. understand the Nee Soon POP and the pple who may be working on that day may not be free, so I'm just treating this as a suggestion lar. If we can make space to go for the Omnimax show at ard 10am that morning, then go for the POP in the evening, then I'l try to get things organised. Please respond ok?

(u tekongians when u come back during the week please furnish details?) , and for the Nee Soon one, it's on Saturday at neesoon, 9.30am. If any of u guys come back, or , girls, if any of them call u, find out if they want us to go down at all and also tell me if you want to go together so we can organise. Block leave is such a wonderful 9 days to look forward to....but I can't enjoy it as much as the rest can. Cos I sprained my ankle badly during the 16km route march, cos it was at night and the pace was so damn fast and the terrain was uneven. Then for th t I haven't pass my SOC cos ankle pain, then haven do 24km route march cos during the 24km route much I had to make up for the 16km route march from which I fell out. All these crap means that I'll most prob have to go back to camp during block leave to c mplete these things that I have not completed. This means that I cannot enjoy full 9 days. This means that I can't go for some of the programs you all may have planned! Damn shit right...POP already still have to go back to camp.

u have to add 8 hrs goonie. I learnt how to do this =Þ! -> HQ, i have broken your monopoly! Went to school today, the j1s and 2s were there, and there was this nice feeling of being back. i was looking at the nepal photos and for the first time they held eaning for me.. kind of represented us and the things we've been through. They were singing the odac song in preparation for some item, ( i feel constant repetition kind of makes it a meaningless echo) and i was sitting there feeling quite melancholy, wit the song and those photos.....I was thinking we cd go down for one of their activities during the block leave...they're going to Bt Timah on Wed 1st april. As for the suggestions, an ubin stayover would be nice, and nothing civilised please (hehheh guy ). maybe we could go to bt timah from there and look for them. But it's a week day and some pp have to work, so either take leave or we go on the wkend..? whatever it is i hope most of us can go

Oi!!!! How come no one ever told me that there was an online conversations??!!! HUH? This thing has been on since December and I only just found out. You horrible people, don't want me IZZIT??? BLEAH to you! Anyway, I do think it's a marvellous idea. I always get very tired going back to school and reading the conversations (with all its horrible handwriting) and worse still, knowing that most of the stuff that are written there don't concern you. And never s e entries from our own batch cause everyone's all ove the place. Just wondering... is this thingy open to our juniors or will it be just for us? OK... regarding the thingy we want to do during the guys' block leave, I'm supposed to organise it, so can we have a vot on this thingy? Choices... 1) Spend night over at Ubin 2) Spend night over at Mount Faber and wake up to watch sunrise 3) organise our own overnight hike, to relive the memories of the times when we tired ourse;ves out like crazy doing ODAC stuff 4) Kite-flying 5) Some other civilised outing, like movies and eating and such 6) Organise our own cycling expedition (which would prob take quite a bit of planning) 7) Invade Alan's place 8) A combinationof the above (must tell me what) Email me/ call me to lemme know, OK? And people, I do think that even with email and this online conversations and such, we still need a mewsletter of sorts. I mean, some people don't have access to these, right? Remember when Jeremy came up with the "Tarzans and Janes" thingy? I promised to help him last time and I AM trying to come up with the next issue (which includes a highly interesting article by Josh, written at my request). Suggestions on what the editors can include in are MOST welcome. Mail me, call me, whatever. I think that if al goes well... you'll get you next issue within 2 weeks in your mailbox. So wait for it!!! Oh yah... anyone who has news on scholarship offers, university admissions, army postings and whatnot, lemme know and I'll compile something. Right now, I've got a primitive computer and a lousy printerm but I'll try to upgrade it and get someone to print things for me. Sorry for all the delay. One more thing b4 I end this LONG message... is it possible to reorganise the page a little so that the "ADD" icon is at the top? MAkes things easier. After all, teh last entry IS on top. I'm back.....:)... hmmm just heard that cycling expedition would be in April... which means lotsa us probably can't go.. sob sob..... The J1s are doing great!!!!
