Been feeling kinda sickly this whole weekend, today jer, wen , hq and theres met to arrange their long overdue photo collection...only stayed for abt 10mins..felt to sick...wanted to go back to sleep...urrgh...what a wet blanket...

it was an isolated incident with that Borders cashier...it was an impulse, but generated from pretty deep within. I dun go ard sending notes to every cashier!!!????
anyway...Lips is just really a nice place to go...
i like that place esp in the day coz of the natural light and view of orchard...and they server pretty DARN good ice blends...much better than those at coffee bean and starbucks...
it's not a pick up place, it's a place where i go to read my fav books, write birtday cards and such..it's light and fluffy, with no overt hint of romance or loud music like other cafes...
And yes, Xinyan, Odac guys CAN DANCE, and dance pretty well too (u shld have seen Jer jive that nite). It's just the NS exposure i suppose...Me is not a socially evolved creature or cheongster...just that hey, been there wif my commando frds, and we just
ave a good time....
For one thing, it sure beats staying at home all the time....

Chinese New Year!! The Singapore society
organised a cny dinner, so it wasn't too bad,
and my parents did remember to send me a
hongbao, yipee! After reading all the sentimental
entries, well, I felt I had to write something...
I missed you guys too you noe... Like I
mentioned in my emails to some of you, I really
miss having my friends around, people that I can
relate to, people that I can talk to when I'm sad..
in other words, you guys lah! I mean, it's not like
I donch have friends here, it's just different. A girl
in my hall commented that although we do have
friends here, we still look forward to going back
to Singapore to see our friends, and the reason
for that is that the friends I have back home are
friends because we have common interests or
something like that... whereas here, friends are
people you live with, stardee with.. or they're
friends just simply beacuse they're
Singaporeans! It's okie when things are going
fine, when everyone is happy... but when you're
depressed (sorrie to bring this up, but eg when I
heard bout what happened at Ubin), that's when
you really need someone to talk to... Oh well...
Erm, I'll be back in June definitely, donch think I
can stand not coming back for 4 years! Hmm,
even though my term ends June 26, I'll try to

I can't stand this anymore.... I have to write... when I first saw the word moulded used by Xinyan, I thought I'd let it pass, but almost every single entry after that has brought it up so I was constantly reminded of it..
well.. sorry to correct you all (it's a grandma tendency) but moulded is what bread grows. What we've done is MOLDED.... ok?

It's also good to hear that we all miss Odac. I think every single one of us does. I'm proud of that, especially when I hear about comments that Odac is very cohesive (alike Councillors), and
