Hi, I'm Bill Joy, a Den Leader in the Cradle Of Liberty Council, Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania in the USA. I'm starting a patch collection with my boys to show them that scouting not only spans generations, but the globe. This past weekend my boys met m Dad, a former Eagle Scout and my Webelos Leader.
