Brief outline of the book:  "It provides both the basic outlines and the real detail to make a fishing system work."  The authors word it perfectly, this book provides everything from indepth and technical facts about fishing to quick tips for the weekend angler.

Opinion of the book:  "The Junior Angler" was my first ever fishing book and maybe the best in my comprehensive libary of fishing literature.  Although the book focuses on adressing many of the basics on fishing it still apeals to competent anglers.  In conclussion "The Junior Angler" combined with it's comprehensive fishing tips and well presented information this book is a must have for the junior angler or the new angler.
