The two troops started the day's events with a flag ceremony
The flags flew proudly over the proceedings
The first competition required each partrol to present a medical emergency
Then a patrol from the other troop evaluates the situation
and successfully treats the emergency
Each patrol got a chance to show its first aid skills
We played a game of touch football for a fun activity
Dr. Jenkins is the referee
Two minutes to go!!!
Pioneering skills and team work were the keys to the "A" frame competition
The first step was to tie very tight lashings
Learning to control the "A" frame required each Scout to know his role as a member of the team
Once the patrol gets the hang of it, they can move surprisingly fast
Sometimes, a little adjusting makes all the differents in the world
