Companies employing International (F-1 Visa) students

However, some of them may not help in processing H-1B visa. Rather, they will provide the necessary paper work and you have to hire the lawyer by yourself. Hot tip: Tell your future employer that you would process the H-1 visa and hire the lawyer yourself if they are reluctant to hire you because of your F-1 visa status.
