ROWING CLUB

Most of the club were in Limerick and had a great day. The girls who won the Womens Novice Eights event, yet again. Unfortunately they hadn't the chance to duplicate this result in the fours as they missed the start of the race, the J18 sculler, David Higgins, had a similar experience, both races were first thing in the morning. The mens crew came second in their J18 Eights race and two of the crew were requested to attend the Irish squad training the following day, at least one of them is hoping to make the squad at the end of the year.

8^th April.
Neptune Regatta.

The Jes had a great days racing in Islandbridge. The womens under-18 squad won the Womens Novice Eights event and the under-16 men won the Mens Junior 16 Quads.

18^th March.
Galway Head of the River. All Jes crews raced very well and the under-18 women won the womens novice eights event.

4^th March.
Erne Head of the River.

The Jes under-18 womens eight won the Womens' Novice Eights event.

20^th February.
Launch of Jes Fundraising Draw.
