This is CASEY! He is an energetic seven
year old boy, whose favorite things are going to the beach,
skateboarding, dinosaurs, sharks, plants and
animals.

"Biologist Casey" was taken at Bahia
Honda State Park in the Florida Keys, while we were on a
camping vacation there.

When Casey was four years old, we kayaked
to Spirit Island on the Lower Richardson Lake in western
Maine and camped for five days. We were alone on the remote
island except for a mother sandpiper and her six babies. We
climbed on a lot of rocks and ate a lot of peanut butter and
jelly.

about ten months old. This is another photo from our Florida
Keys camping trip when he was one-and-a-half years
old.
