Recognize Your Leaders: They Deserve It!

Sparkler Award: a spark plug painted gold

Bag of Trix award: Trix cereal in a bag for those who always come up with great ideas for kids

Banana Award: for the person with great appeal or the top banana (a plastic banana, banana eraser or Dole sticker)

Big Stone Award: A big stone sprayed silver or gold with THANK YOU on the top and “because you leave no stone unturned” on the bottom

Bounce Award: for troop leaders to bounce back next year and soften their hearts (a box of Bounce Fabric Softener)

Bright Idea Award: for person with good ideas (light bulb sprayed gold)

Cone Award: mount an ice cream cone for the person who can lick any job

Clock Award: for someone who puts in a lot of time (who doesn’t?)

Compass Award: For guiding us in the right Direction

Cracker Jack Award: A box of Cracker Jacks for a “Cracker Jack” leader

Crayon Award: A box of crayons for someone with colorful ideas

Dinner Award: for appreciation dinner organizer (golden wooden spoon)

“Egg"cellent Award: Print words on hardboiled eggs like for Easter

Fan-tastic Award: a fan (use your imagination)

Football Award: a small football to the person who always is willing to tackle a job

For those with a Stake in the Scouts future: A golden tent stake (or if you really mean it a 2 inch thick T-Bone)

Give out a "Rais-in" Pay: a pyramid of raisins glued to a backing or a small box of raisins Golden Knot Award: for the person who has tied it all together (knot sprayed gold)

Golden Penny Award: For the treasurer or fundraiser. Use a large plastic coin sprayed gold and hung on a ribbon. Pollack’s has a large chocolate coin with gold foil for $1

Glue Stick: Thanks for sticking to the job

Gum Award: Stick with us, we need you!

Heartfelt Thanks: large heart cut from felt

Helping Hand award: for those who were willing to help (trace a hand on construction paper mounted to a piece of cardboard)

Helping Hand Award: for person who always helps (Stuffed glove on dowel)

Its "bean" wonderful: mount up a gold Lima or other large bean

Key to Success: for those who were key to making it happen (A gold Key on a plaque, slide or necklace)

Knocked yourself out award: mount a small hammer or mini bat

Kool-Aid Award: For a Cool Aide!

Lifesaver award: for that person who saved you (a Lifesaver on a string or hot glued in wrapper to fun foam)

Lifesaver Award: for the person who assisted with a problem (roll of lifesaver – who wouldn’t like that!)

Marbleous job: a bunch of marbles

Measure up award: your performance sets the standard (a ruler)

N'ice Job: a box of N'ice cough drops

Nuts about the job award: for the person who had to be nuts (2 or 3 peanuts glued to a piece of wood)

Nuttiest Award: edible nuts drilled with a hole through them or metal nuts sprayed gold on a leather thong or a necklace

Old Fossil Award: for oldest leader or person in scouts the longest (rock or fossil or arrowhead)

On the Ball Award: for the energetic person who has it all together (Styrofoam ball with pipe cleaner and Fleur-de-lis on top)

Order of the Bear: Present a bear to the leader who did a “Beary Good Job”, made things “Bearable”, or done their “Beary Best”

Package of Seeds: For helping our Pack grow

Package of Yeast: For those that rise to the occasion

Plunged Right in Award: small sink plunger, write inscription on the handle

Purple Heart Award: for the person injured in the line of duty (purple heart pillow)

Record Breaker Award: a mounted broken record

Right Foot Award: for those who got us off on the right foot (trace a RIGHT foot--use caution some may not know left from right)

Scout Spirit Award: for those who show spirit (make a ghost from a ball & rag with the scout sign on it)

Shell of a Good Job: large mounted seashell

Shining Example: a small flashlight

Silver Spoon or Shovel Award: for those always willing to dig in and help.

Spark Plug Award: for the person who is the spark of a project (a gold spark plug)

Tee-rific: a mounted golf tee or tea bag

Thanks a Million: million $ in play money

The Alka Seltzer or Fizzy Award: for those who add fizz to the group

The Band-Aid Award: for those who can fix anything - for someone who got a boo-boo

The Crutch Award: for those who you can lean on

The Right Arm Award: cardboard arm with the hand in the Scout sign

The Rock Award: for those who are the rock of the group

The Rope Award: for those who always tie up the loose ends

Udderly Ridiculous Award: blown up latex glove

Welcome Aboard: a 2 x 4 with the word "WELCOME" printed on it

Wet Sponge Award: for new leader - to help soak up all the new info

Whale Award: for those who did a whale of job

Worked Like a Dog Award: a mounted gold dog biscuit or bone

Worked Yourself to the Bone Award: a small plastic skeleton sprayed gold

YDG Award: Ya Done Good! Cut the letters from fun foam and glue to plaque

You Charged Us Up Award: a gold battery

You Stuck To It: a roll of tape or glue stick

You Tickled Our Funny Bone: a feather mounted to a bone
