Here we are up on a ridge that overlooked Silver lakes and other incredible scenery. The trip is about 13 miles round trip up a gradual incline for about 5 miles and then a gradual descent to the lakes. It's a great overnighter trip with awesome views of the Olympics, with Mt. Rainier and Mt. Baker off in the distance. Make camp and head up on the snowfields to the ridge. I should have brought my skis this trip, though it would have been a heavy load.
