Lincoln Park South Lagoon Information
Quick overview:
Lincoln Park South Lagoon is one of the several Chicago Park Districts operated bodies of water.
Very little information is available on this location,
but it is most likely stocked (along with all the park district ponds) with Bluegills and Catfish from May thru September.
Although the North lagoon was killed off and restocked in 1998? the South lagoon was untouched. Salmon and Trout will also
"pay a visit" to this venue in late fall. No acreage, depth maps or stocking information is available, but if it is
similar to the North lagoon, the average depth is about 4'.
