I'm a graduated member of
Wittenberg University Speleological Society (WUSS).
Here is a list of caving areas that I have visited since I've been a WUSS member.
Caves in Carter Co., Kentucky
Southern Indiana caves
Southern Ohio cave
Other caving stystems: Sloans Valley (KY), Buffalo National River (AR), and a couple West Virginia caves.
Definitely enough to get hooked on caving!

Caving can also push you to mental as well as physical limits. For example the famous squeeze-box of OTR.

Once you get some horizontal caving under your belt, you can always try vertical caving. However, make sure you get good training and lots of practice before trying it in a cave.
If you get lucky you can find a grotto or group of cavers who are working on a survey project. This is lots of fun and worth your time helping them make new maps of caves.
And of course caving brings on great fun and good times.

Best of all, you make the best of friends going caving.
